Packaging Requirements
Suitcases, duffel bags and backpacks should be securely fastened and, where possible, placed in protective covers or wrapped with stretch wrap to prevent scuffs. For fragile or high-value items inside luggage, use additional internal padding or place items in rigid boxes. Long or oversized items (such as surfboards or ski bags) should be packed in purpose-built travel covers or heavy-duty boxes. Labelling and Documentation
After booking with Transdirect, you’ll be supplied with shipping labels for your items. Each item is issued a unique label, which must be securely fixed to each item. If labels are not affixed correctly, a Futile Collection fee may apply. For international shipments, please ensure all appropriate customs documentation has been supplied.
