Overnight

Our overnight service is for your time critical 'door to door' or door to post office deliveries that need to be delivered the next business day.

2 Day Economy

This service is for deliveries that must be delivered to all major cities around Australia within 2 business days. This service comes with all the other features of our overnight service, like online tracking and proof of delivery.

3 Day Off-peak

This service delivers to most destinations within 72 business hours. It is ideal for bulkier consignments, and non time critical freight.

Freight Tracking and Proof of Delivery

Transdirect and our subcontractors have state of the art bar coded track and trace systems. All our tracking and proof of delivery is available on our website 24 hours a day. Also, you can contact our customer service on 1300668229 for any further information.

Transdirect Priority requires that all consignments have signatures and printed names be obtained for all deliveries within Australia.

Proof of delivery records can be obtained through our website for 3 months after the delivery.

Deliveries that cannot be received at residential addresses will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post office, for secure storage until collection. A second delivery charge will be invoiced for this service, although deliveries that are addressed directly to a post office will not incur this additional fee.

Transdirect and its contractors have new 'Authority to leave without signature' labels, which allows us to leave the consignment at residential addresses in the event that no one is home, No 'proof of delivery' will be provided when these labels are used.

Movement of Valuable Consignments
